Hi, I’m Selena!

I help CEOs and business owners work on purpose so you can manage your resources and increase your wealth.

I am the founder and CEO of Impact Coaching & Consulting, and for over 7 years I have been working with leaders across a variety of industries. While coaching, they have moved from employee to employer, grown seven figure businesses, developed leaders on their team, and re-discovered their passions outside of the workplace.

My favorite thing is to inspire CEOs to lead their company well AND be present in their home and community in meaningful and life-giving ways.

I’m a pharmacist who left the corporate grind in 2018 to build a niche consulting business so I’d have flexibility to be present for the moments I treasure as a mom. 

I’m passionate about coaching other Mamas to live in their strengths, tame the daily chaos, and reclaim ownership of their time. We figure out what you value most and identify daily steps that move you toward those big, scary dreams you have. I help you put feet to your prayers and design a clear + achievable plan that works for your current season of life.

  • The IMPACT Mastermind is a live, virtual experience. The goal is to attend all group meetings. However, we all have busy and varied schedules and things come up. If you miss one or two meetings you can still make significant gains and contributions to the group.
